Halloween
2014
Austin said this was his best Halloween EVER! We all had a lot of fun this year. Austin started the night early, and hit the trick-or-treating with his friends. I did my usual 'scare the kids' routine. And no worries, I don't put the mask on until after dark, so most of the really young kids are spared the full wrath. ....but once it starts to get dark - lookout. Austin really did help me scare the kids this year. He would stand super still near the front of the yard. People thought he was a statue. Several stood there and looked right at him and wondered 'is he real?' He wouldn't budge....until after I'd done my thing- and they would be walking down the sidewalk - then AHHHHH! ...makes me smile thinking about it. A chip off the ol' block. Lauren did her own thing this year. She was ...umm...a werewolf?....wolf? I dunno - don't get me started. She had fun and came home safe which is all that really matters. . .....soooo - ON WITH THE PICS!
It wouldn't be Halloween without
a little blood.
The view from the porch - antique style.
Here's the whole house view.
It's a little early still, but the boys are READY TO GO!
SCARY FACE!!
Happy Face!!
AHHHHHHHH!!!!!
OK - That is creepy looking - seriously!
I couldn't stop taking pics.
Lauren was midway through 'getting ready', and really did not want her picture
taken.
Austin tells her how it is...in a scary way.
The night has started, and I'm in position.
Come get some candy! MUAHHAHHAHHHAHHHAAaaaa....
Austin is in position too!
Like father, like son. Hehehe...
HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
