We spent the holiday at my parents, and enjoyed the neighborhood's traditional '4th of July' parade and picnic. It was a lot of fun - and there were kids EVERYWHERE. The big finale of the parade is when the fire truck extends the tall ladder - and waaaaaay at the top opens the hose - dousing all those brave enough to stand below. This year, I was brave enough - but Lauren wasn't. As the cold water started to rain down, Lauren let out a scream that sent me into motion. Hehehe, it was fun.
Bill and I wait for the downpour.
...poor Lauren and Trey - have no idea what is coming
