Miscellaneous pics from late 2012 and early 2013

Today is March 17, and we just returned from skiing at Breckenridge. However, before I can post those pictures, I needed to get caught up with some other random pictures I wanted on my site. So, here are a bunch of random pictures from the end of 2012 and start of 2013.

We begin with a couple of pictures from Austin's birthday that for some reason I didn't post on his 8th birthday page.

Mimi got Austin a kid sized guitar - woohoo!

January 4th, 2013 - The Cotton Bowl - Texas A&M vs Oklahoma.
Nannie and Ron invited Jacqui, Julie, Kenn and I to watch the game from their suite.
It was a TON of fun....and the very first time I rooted for A&M.

Austin tried Cub Scouts for a little while - and we did the pine wood derby.

Another Cub Scouts adventure - getting a tour of the Missouri City fire station.
However, Cub Scouts didn't last long...

In February, we celebrated my mom's 80th birthday.

Also in February, I crashed my '07 Mustang. .......ouch.
Thankfully, nobody was hurt.

State Farm decided it was totaled.....

...so I got a new 2013 5.0 litre, 420 HP Mustang GT.
I'm also going to replace the wheels you see here with something a little extra special.
I'm sure I'll post more pics when I get 'em.

Did I mention how much I'm loving this car?

Opening day of 2013 baseball.
This is Austin's first time to play - and like most everything - he catches on quick.
Austin's team came from behind to win the first game. Austin got a single and a double on his two times at bat.

There were a LOT of kids at opening day.

Early March saw the Houston Rodeo - Austin and Lauren had fun.

Lauren really liked the pink Camero.

,,,And Austin loved the tractors.

We saw the Zac Brown band....woohoo.
