Houston Zoo 2011
April 16, 2011 - Jacqui and I took the kids and met Mary and Ryan at the Houston Zoo. Julie was supposed to be there as well, but parking was SO BAD she wasn't able to find a spot - so she bailed. We started the day with a train ride around Herman Park, and then went to the zoo. The weather was GREAT, and we really enjoyed the day.
We are ready

Look Out Austin!
The Reptile House is one of our favorite places in the zoo.
This iguana looked like a dinosaur.

...and who doesn't love baby elephants?
We got REALLY close to the cheetahs.
And these are the biggest horns I've EVER seen!
This pic was taken in the new 'Africa' section....not much in there yet.
Of course, we had to ride the carousel!
No Jacqui, it's not a concert.
